What happens to the mess
Everything gets carted off site. Steel and iron get recycled. Sound timber can be stacked for you to keep if you want it — just say so when you ring. What’s left is a flat site you can build on, graze or drive over.
Asbestos — asked and answered up front
Plenty of older farm buildings have asbestos cladding or roofing (Super Six roofing is the common one). We’ll tell you before work starts whether it needs testing, and if licensed removal is required we arrange it with the right people. It gets handled properly — not buried in the offal pit.
