Straight answers. If a repair will do, we won’t sell you a rebuild. If a job isn’t worth doing, we’ll say so. If we can’t do it, we’ll tell you who can.
Priced before we start. By the job wherever possible, so the number you agree to is the number on the invoice.
Local. We live here, work here, and run into our customers at the saleyards and the rugby. That keeps a business honest.
