Digger and Operator Hire — Whanganui, Rangitikei & Manawatū

A digger is no use without a good operator on it. We turn up with both. You point at the job, we do it, you get on with your day.

Tell us what needs digging. Price back within 48 hours.

What we do with it

  • Farm tracks and races — forming, fixing, metalling
  • Drainage, soakholes and culverts
  • Site prep for sheds, garages and water tanks
  • Trenching for power, water and fibre
  • Stump and scrub removal
  • Levelling and contouring sections and house sites
  • Cleaning out drains, ditches and stock ponds

If it’s not on the list, ring anyway. If we can’t do it, we’ll tell you straight and point you at someone who can.

How it works

Ring or text. Tell us where the job is and what you want done. Photos help — text them to the same number. We’ll come back with a price within 48 hours. Most jobs are priced by the job, not the hour, so you know the cost before we start.

Quotes and price estimates back within 48 hours. If we say it, we hold it.

Why not just dry hire?

Dry hire looks cheaper until you’ve spent a weekend making a mess of it. An experienced operator does in three hours what takes a first-timer three days, and doesn’t hit the water line doing it. If you want a machine with a bloke who knows how to drive it, that’s us.

Where we work: Whanganui, Marton, Bulls, Taihape, Feilding and Palmerston North. Plus the smaller spots in between — if you’re rural, we’ll come to you.

See farm contracting for tracks, culverts and troughs, or land clearing if the job is scrub and gorse.
